South Lake Miloch (Japanese: ミロカロ湖・南 Lake Milokaro - South) is a part of the Wild Area in the Galar region, located in the east of the southern portion of the Wild Area. It connects to Giant's Seat to its west, North Lake Miloch to its north, and Rolling Fields to its south.
Geography
South Lake Miloch encompasses the majority of Lake Miloch except for its northernmost arm, as well as the section of land that juts into the lake.
The land forms a large path in the shape of an upside-down U that leads from the bluffs of Rolling Fields overlooking Lake Miloch on the west down to Giant's Seat directly on the east shore of the lake across a footbridge. Several fields of tall grass and a few trees line the slope down. Two Pokémon Dens lie along the north edge of the path.
Within the lake's waters, two dens lie along the south edge of the lake, while a third sits at the north end of the western arm within the curve of the land-based path. One fishing spot can also be found near the third den, with a second on the south side of the footbridge.
Items
Hidden items
Unless otherwise stated, hidden items in the Wild Area regenerate every day. In many of these cases, they can also regenerate as different items.
Every item that regenerates every day can also rarely regenerate as a Wishing Piece (at approximately a 1% chance).

Main article: South Lake Miloch/DensTrivia
- Lake Miloch's name is a combination of Milotic and loch, a Scottish Gaelic word for a lake. Similarly, its Japanese name, ミロカロ湖 Milokaro-ko, replaces the last character of Milotic's Japanese name (Milokaross) with 湖 ko, meaning "lake".
- Furthermore, a Prism Scale can be found hidden in the water, and Milotic itself can also be found in this area.
