Should Ekans have a split evolution in future games

Arbok and Seviper's stats are kinda crummy, but they did get some love in 5th gen. Their new move, Coil Around, raises Attack, Defense, and Accuracy by one stage, making it the only other move besides Butterfly Dance and Shell Smash to raise three stats at once. The Accuracy boost also means moves like Gunk Shot are much better, especially since they get STAB from it. They could still definitely use evos, but they're not nearly as bad as they were.
