Bugsy: have a fainted/alive synchroniser in the front of your party. Whether fainted or alive it has to be in the first slot. Make sure the synchroniser is of the nature you want. THere is about 50% chance that the pokemon you see and catch has the same nature. based on my own experience, it is about 50%. A little more most of the time. out of 8 tyrogues, 5 were adamant. out of 16 eevee, 9 were modest. so yeah
