A Durin Berry (Japanese: ドリのみ Dori Fruit) is a type of Berry introduced in Generation III.

In the core series games

In the Generation V games, the Durin Berry can be sold to the gourmet maniac on Route 5 for $500.

Effect

Durin Berries cannot be used directly and only have a use as an ingredient, such as for Pokéblocks and Poffins.

Generation III

In Pokémon Emerald, the player can exchange a Durin Berry for an HP Up if the Favor Lady asks for 'something pointy' in the Lilycove Pokémon Center. A Durin Berry can also be exchanged for an Iron if the Favor Lady asks for 'something wham-ish'.

Generation IV

In Pokémon Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum, the player can exchange Durin Berries for accessories at the Pick a Peck of Colors Flower Shop.

A Durin plant will yield 3-15 Berries. During its growth, watering the plant adds 1 Berries to the final harvest, weeding it adds 1, and removing a pest adds 3. Durin plants attract Burmy as pests.

A Durin plant will yield 3-15 Berries.

Durin Berry in Pokémon Sleep

The Durin Berry is available in Pokémon Sleep as one of the Berries that can be gathered by helper Pokémon and fed to Snorlax.

Effect

Durin Berries raise Snorlax's Strength, doubling the effect if the Berry is Snorlax's favorite. The base amount of Strength raised by the Berry is determined by the level of the helper Pokémon that gathered it.

Acquisition

Durin Berries can be gathered by Grass-type helper Pokémon in the player's team. Like all Berries in the game, gathered Durin Berries do not go into the player's inventory and instead are immediately eaten by Snorlax.
