Re: Pokemon Nicknames! What have you named your team and what meanings do the names hI made a team other than the one I had with Digimon names that I used to beat the Battle Tower in Diamond and get the last star on my Trainer Card. Originally they were named after Digimon like the rest of my Pokémon, but I wanted to give them another theme because my best friend has his group known as the "Holy Dragons." These are them:
Starmie, nick: Sea Titan
Electivire, nick: StormTitan
Salamence, nick: Sky Titan
Clefable, nick: Song Titan
Mismagius, nick: ShadwTitan
Arcanine, nick: SpeedTitan
The theme other than the "titan" part is that each name starts with an "s," which was hard to think up, believe you me. The Titans are also better than my old team by way of testing them against Frank's Holy Dragons. Leviathan, his Kingdra, was able to obliterate practically every member of my old team on its own. The total of wins/losses between the Titans and the Dragons is currently tied.
My newly planned team for Platinum (though I'll need a job and a new DS first) consists of an Empoleon named Glorious, an Aggron named Apocalypse, a Dodrio named Galaxy, and Hitmonchan named Ultimus, a Metagross named Etiole, and a Skarmory named Yoshitsuna. The theme of these names are that they are the best weapons in Disgaea other than the Omniscient Staff and the Monster weapon Nemesis Mk.II.
